An "install" in BoostOps is a tracked, attributed install — one where our SDK records the install event and links it to a source (ad campaign, referral link, organic search, etc.). The 2,001 threshold is per month, per account. Installs that happen without SDK attribution (e.g., direct Play Store search with no link) don't count against your limit.
After your first 2,001 attributed installs each month, you're charged $0.01 per additional install. There's no minimum commit and no contracts — you pay only for what you use. Your invoice is generated at the end of each billing cycle and charged to your card on file.
